Prior to establishing HRextension, Lynda served as an HR consultant, answering HR Helpline                    questions, completing numerous projects and providing vast legal compliance advisement for over          70+ companies playing a key role in supporting each client's strategic goals and mission.

Her ultimate goal is to assist our clients and maximize their investment in the                        human capital component of their organizations.

In 1992, Lynda began her career in human resources.  Starting out as an HR Assistant and  continually learning and growing in various HR roles in many different industries and company sizes

Lynda McKay, SPHR

 Lynda graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York (SUNY) with a Bachelor’s                          Degree in Psychology. She currently holds a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR)                                             certification with the Human Resources Certification Institute, and has received a Certificate in                                           Employee Relations Law. Lynda has lived with her family of four, in Arizona, for over 25 years.
