In 1992, Lynda began her career in human resources.  Starting out as an HR Assistant and  continually learning and growing in various HR roles in many different industries and company sizes. 

Expertise includes employment practices and policies administration, job description review and development, employee performance development, compensation assessments and conflict resolution through mediation and training. With strong HR Generalist background she takes pride in providing superior customer service. Her ultimate goal is to assist our clients and maximize their investment in the human capital component of their organizations.

Prior to establishing HRextension, Lynda served as an HR consultant, answering HR Helpline questions, completing numerous projects and providing vast legal compliance advisement for over 70+ companies playing a key role in supporting each client's strategic goals and mission.

Lynda graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York (SUNY) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She currently holds a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification with the Human Resources Certification Institute, Senior  Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and has received a Certificate in Employee Relations Law. Lynda has lived with her family of four, in Arizona, for over 25 years.
